We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the city center. The room was clean with a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing us with tips on where to go. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, especially the coffee and sweets offered in the common area.

The location of this budget stay was fantastic, situated right in the heart of the centre and within walking distance of popular attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, with an exceptional view of the city. The bathroom was modern and spacious, and the staff were helpful with information on the local area. The complimentary coffee/tea and snacks were a nice touch, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot Sicilian summer.
It didn't offer enough value for the price paid, but the nearby cafe's breakfasts were delicious.

Great views and conveniently located in the heart of the city. the breakfast vouchers were a nice touch. the room was clean and modern with nice decor.
The staff was not accommodating when we had a problem with our room. the noise level was bothersome and kept us up at night.

During our New Year stay, we appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea and snacks available in the morning. , the location of the hotel right in the heart of the city offered us easy access to everything. The view from the balcony was amazing, and we could admire the blue dome from there. We also enjoyed the tips given by the staff for restaurants and museums.
We were let down by the breakfast offered. The voucher of 2.5 euros per person for a breakfast at a nearby bar was not enough to satisfy us.
